What is included in a Discovery Box?

Each box contains a curated selection of material samples and information about their composition, origin, and sourcing possibilities. The exact selection depends on the box you choose.

Can I choose the materials?

Yes. Discovery Box and Material Club customers can choose their preferred materials from the available selection. The Curated Edit allows for a larger tailored selection.

How does the monthly subscription work?

The Material Club delivers 5 new material samples every month. You can build your next box at least 15 days before the next monthly order. If you miss the deadline, a random curated mix will be sent.

Can I cancel the monthly subscription?

The Material Club is designed to be flexible. You can pause or cancel your subscription according to the terms shown at checkout.

What happens if I miss the monthly selection deadline?

If you do not submit your custom selection at least 15 days before your next monthly order, we will send a random curated mix of materials.

Can I request low-MOQ materials?

Yes. Nonsynthetics helps buyers discover and source materials from suppliers with different minimum order quantities. Low-MOQ availability depends on the supplier and material.

Do I receive actual material samples?

Yes. Discovery Boxes are designed to contain physical material samples. Final sample availability and selection will be confirmed before dispatch.
